If your loved one has been detained by ICE, fill out the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you were placed in deportation proceedings and are not currently detained, register for a workshop below.

Immigration Legal Assistance Workshops

The Resurrection Project, the State of Illinois, the City of Chicago, and immigrant-serving organizations across the state provide free immigration assistance workshops to eligible immigrants living in Illinois.

At the workshop, a legal representative will review your options regarding:

  • Deportation proceedings

  • Asylum

  • Work Authorization

  • Deferred Action for Labor Enforcement (DALE)

If you are eligible for benefits, your immigration application will be prepared and submitted.

If you’d like to check your eligibility for another type of immigration benefit, see information about our in-house legal clinic below.

If you have already attended a workshop and have questions about the status of your application or need additional assistance, call 312-668-0114 Monday–Friday, 12 pm – 4 pm CST and see the FAQ page.
